Targeting Larger Health Care Organizations
Behavioral Medicine Associates has
traditionally marketed its services to individual medical practices.
BMA is approaching large health service delivery organizations who
already manage/own/control a network of facilities.
There are organizations of this type which provide
specialty treatment in multiple facilities. These organizations
provide economy of administration, standardized protocols, and volume
business.
By developing relationships with group practices,
BMA will become recognized as the leader in behavioral health care,
strengthening our position in the marketplace. In addition, there
are hospitals which may not have fully realized programs of behavioral
care that are capable of addressing these medical problems in the
most effective manner possible. BMA is developing hospital based
practices to expand its service base and to alleviate the need for
the hospital to maintain these services, regardless of demand or
internal profitability.
